We accept payments via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Creatrshop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch.

  • No refunds are offered
  • Replacements are provided only if the product is damaged during delivery
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are borne by Creatrshop

To request a replacement, please email support@creatrshop.in with your order details and supporting images.
